The Energy Course


Energy is something we could all do with a little more of, at any age. With that in mind, we created a course designed to help activate exactly that using some of our favourite wellness-based practices.

Our Introduction course is designed with beginners – or those with a limited knowledge of wellness practices - in mind. Our Intermediate course builds on the knowledge from the beginners course for a slightly more in depth study.
