The Sleep Course
When we sleep well, we rejuvenate and can function at our optimal level. But all too often, many of us find a good night’s rest so difficult to harness. With that in mind, we created a course focused around cultivating – and maintaining – exactly that.
Our Introduction course is designed with beginners – or those with a limited knowledge of wellness practices - in mind. Our Intermediate course builds on the knowledge from the beginners course for a slightly more in depth study. Our Masters and Advanced courses are for those that have completed at least one of the previous two courses, or with previous experience in wellness practices.
