Abby is trained in HIIT Pilates, sharing her love for movement medicine full time at a selection of Auckland's best studios. Yoga has been a complement to Abby’s wellness and fitness journey, which lead her to complete her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India 2019 and will complete her second 200hr YTT in July 2021.
Abby’s specialty lies in her mindfully created HIIT Pilates classes. Designed to push your inner boundaries and encourage you to connect with yourself whilst working up a sweat. Using the power of music, breath, light weights and resistance bands, combined with tabata style training to keep you moving quickly through each exercise. Naturally, you’ll find yourself feeling motivated, energised and empowered after her full-body workouts.
