Mibella is a registered yoga and pilates teacher hailing from California. She has been teaching yoga since 2013 and comes from a background in psychology and gymnastics. Teaching yoga is her way of merging the two worlds while inviting each one of her students to express themselves creatively through the mind and body. She has been through pregnancy twice and various neck and spinal injuries, and believes yoga, pilates, and meditation are sustainable ways to live in her highest state. It is her honour and absolute pleasure to watch her students evolve as her own practice does too.
