Samantha's love of yoga stems from a place of seeking movement that is both mindful, stimulating, expressive and allows space for growth both physically and energetically.
She incorporates elements of yogic philosophy whilst integrating that of her own Māori culture within the depths of her classes to create a fusion of ancient indigenous knowledge, combined with the art of asana.
Samantha believes the mat is a place that we all arrive on for different reasons, but often stay to deepen the connection to the inner self - a notion she hopes to support and forage a deeper connection to for anyone who arrives in a space with her.
Samantha is trained in HIIT Pilates and found that introducing it into her personal wellness routine has enhanced both strength and stability in a mindful way. For Samantha, the combination of teaching both Yoga and Pilates provides an all-encompassing wellness experience where they complement each other to help strengthen and grow each practice.
