Sophie is passionate about making movement and stress management techniques accessible to people and using her experience and modalities to help people live happier and healthier lives. She knows first-hand how difficult it can be to balance work life, motherhood and well-being and how necessary holistic practices are to nurture our nervous systems and access deeper feelings of self love.
Sophie began teaching and launched her own wellness business in 2009 while at University. Since she has acquired a diverse skill set in yoga, Pilates, meditation, mindfulness and sound healing. In 2019 Sophie left the corporate world to focus wholeheartedly on her business CrossingxPaths. Sophie has woven together her skills and experience to develop online classes, workshops, corporate wellness programmes and events that are accessible for people of all abilities and lifestyles.
