Nathan’s yoga journey started when he was 18 purely out of curiosity, searching for something that would help with mental and physical wellbeing. After a few years of an on and off yoga practice, he truly fell in love with yin yoga and vinyasa. The stars aligned in 2017 for him to do a Yin training in Auckland with Jo Phee, and after some mentoring he started teaching yin.

Abby is trained in HIIT Pilates, sharing her love for movement medicine full time at a selection of Auckland's best studios. Yoga has been a complement to Abby’s wellness and fitness journey, which lead her to complete her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India 2019 and will complete her second 200hr YTT in July 2021.
