Restorative Yoga
We look forward to welcoming Sandra Palmer back for her sought-after 90 minute restorative and iRest® yoga classes.
Rest, relax and nourish yourself in this class where the focus is on Being, rather than Doing. Props are used to support the body in both longer held and shorter held yoga shapes, so complete relaxation can occur. Our bodies can soften, release tension and heal from within. The class will end in an iRest yoga nidra – bliss!
Lead by Sandra Palmer, Yoga Teacher and Registered Psychologist.
Please remember to bring your own yoga mat and a towel to cover your bolster.
