Summer Breathwork Immersion
This guided Breathwork experience is not to be missed at this potent time of year for creativity and conscious action! Supported by experienced guide Sarah and her assisting ‘angels’ you will learn how to relax into your breath and drop in to your inner landscape, release stagnant energy and move through resistance in your body/mind that is limiting your personal growth.
This 2 hour workshop explores many breath patterns and techniques as you prepare for the liberating and transformative experience of a conscious connected Breathwork journey. The session includes an introduction to the physiology of breath, guided meditation, gentle movement and opening breath patterns and a 60 minute Breathwork journey all supported by an uplifting soundscape. It is often cathartic, healing and energising, clearing the path for a new and expansive way of being.
New to Breathwork?
This is the perfect introduction to Breathwork if you are new to it and would like to learn in a safe and supportive space. It will be equally beneficial for experienced breathers looking to deepen their practice.
