Meg Williams

Meg was initially drawn to yoga as a form of physical movement, but soon discovered the mind-body connection and subsequent quiet clarity that keeps so many of us returning to our mats.

After moving to Sydney in 2017 and continuing her love affair with yoga, Meg completed her 200 hour teaching training with Power Living. Since then, while teaching across studios and corporate environments in Sydney, Meg has gone on to complete another 150 hours of training with a number of teachers, including Duncan Peak, Tiffany Cruickshank (Yoga Medicine), and Jo Phee.

Meg aims to offer classes which are accessible to all, and which provide a safe space for students to come home to themselves, through their body and breath.
