Phoebe's movement background stems from her love of dance and her movement career allowed her to work internationally as a professional dancer on cruise ships. Group fitness has continually facilitated her life as a dancer and beyond. Phoebe joins Studio Red Wellness as a HIIT Pilates instructor leading these high energy classes with passion and expertise.
She is a comprehensively trained and certified Barre, TRX, Pilates Stick and HIIT Pilates Instructor and is currently completing the Polestar Pilates Reformer certification. Phoebe is the co-founder of The Method NZ which provides training and upskilling to fitness instructors in Aotearoa. Phoebe has taught in some of Sydney's top boutique fitness studios and is passionate about delivering high quality, safe and effective workouts to her clients. She believes that each class is an opportunity to quiet the mind and explore with curiosity, the dynamic within the body.
