* Online purchases will incur a 2.75% transaction fee.

* When purchasing any studio memberships, class passes and event tickets, your payments are not finalised until MindBody's payment provider, Ezidebit have processed the payment. This may take 1-2 business days. Ezidebit charge a dishonour fee if a payment declines. Please ensure that you have double-checked your card details are correct and that you have sufficient funds in your account until the payment has been withdrawn.

* All unlimited passes expire after the duration listed on your pass from date of first use (e.g. 1 Week). Upon purchase, we recommend activating your pass by booking into the very first class you wish to attend, this will set your expiry date. All 5, 10, and 20 Class Passes are valid for 12 months from first use.

* No sharing of passes.
